The best pick for 5 vs 5 is Two Tanker, One Killer, and Two Supporter.
Example Tanker : Leviathan And Centaur, Killer : Troll, Supporter : Warlock Pugna. Well, Most Favorite hero to pick in league is Sandking, Pugna, Warlock, Viper, And Rexxar. Better you pick the hero that are not single killer or have skill single target only. (e.g Troll).

supporter: meepo the geomancer
tanker: centaur warchief and magnus the magnataur
i say the best 5vs5 heroes are:
killer: Luna Moonfang the Moon Rider
tankers: Mogul Khan the Axe
Rotfrellen the Treant Protector
supports: Kel’Thuzad the Lich
Vol’jin the Witch Doctor
they can beat Roshan lvl 1…maximum ownage..

2 armors, 2 heals, and 2 aoe disables, not to mention a few slows from Lich. Currently, Razor is still a very good DPS, but soon, they are making him less of a point and click hero. May be replaced with Troll Warlord, Medusa, Banehallow, ETC.

(good ganker also,a killer and a best
supporter,disabler),sand king(good combo with the repel
of omniknight,a killer,ganker and a disabler)

mid will be ezalor(good spammer)
then each side paired with two heroes which are:
lina and pugna,krobe and pugna
Why:because there are heroes such as zeus,etc. that can spam more
usually the spot of a spammer is in mid…that was paired by
ezalor because of his great and unique skills….
Another, why krobe and pugna?for faster push
Why Lina and Lion for easy kill (with the finger of lion and
laguna of lina,the hero that has 1500 life usually dies in just
a second)
Why all int?
-because the enemy usually picks tankers supporter and killers..
and usually killers are soft to kill,,the killer will always die
in the clashing because of the skills casted by their opponent..
(with the nether blast,impale,charge of ezalor,wave of krobe,and lina’s skills,,,absolutely you can kill the wave of creeps in just a click)
The tanker usually have 2000 life in lvl 11,,,the decri of pugna,then laguna and finger…..it will absolutely die without other skills…………

the best five with best combo is
sand king, rofftelen, earthsaker, tidehunter, tauren chiften.
2 weeks ago I played dota with my newbie friends in my team and a great team against us (they have played dota for a years).
we played -cm mode so many our mentioned heroes got banned.
Our pick:
- Bottom: Tidehunter & Lich
- Middle: Bane Elemental (Atropos)
- Top: Mortred & Centaur
Their pick:
- Bottom: Morph & Lion
- Middle: Kunkka
- Top: Axe & Vengeful

First… I was playing with Tide and when we lvl up to lvl 6 with lich the gank started.
Atropos was coming from the mid and he used “Nightmare” on one of the heroes and ulti the another on another one.( that means that the both heroes were out) Simply Lich uses ulti on one of them and hit both of them (7 times). Indeed if they have low hp i used ultimate sometimes and the “Gush”. Both dead!
Top: Same with the bottom just little harder. Atropos was doing the same things (Nightmare on one and ulti on another one) Centaur stuns one target, mortred uses Dagger for slow and blink on the same target who Centaur already stunned.
When we were fighting 5vs5 for example in the woods, it was so easy.
Kelen’s dagger on Tidehunter. I jumped in front of them and uses ulti. They’re stunned for 2.5 seconds. Lich uses ulti too. Then centaur stun me gush lich frost nova etc.
Usually mortred is for a late game (Battle fury, butterfly, vladimir) and crit. strike will be about 1000-1200
