No Power Tread required on Intelligence Hero, Get BoT and any other support item.
Get Power Tread if you plan to get Butterfly or Sange Yasha.
Get BoT if you plan to get Assault Cuirass. But BoT usually bought by some farmer which is Intelligence, but feel free to get AC if you want.
