I. Introduction
One of my favorite unit in WC3, the real name is Chimaera. When he comes in 6.27++, forgot exact version, i still remember how imbalance is he. After a little nerf, i still see that THD still the best farmer and harasser. Any hero that have 2 elemental in one skill?
Important things to know even though he is fun to use, but his skill aren’t for beginner. Another info about him :
1. THD has big health poll even though he is an INT hero.
2. One of abusive skill, auto fire can be a helpful skill in harassing and farming. (some skip that to stats)
3. Dual Breath is the only skill that has DOT and slow.
Okay more information will explained below. Let’s take a look.

Dual Breath (D) Jakiro’s twin heads let loose an icy blast followed closely by a wave of fire, each dealing initial damage. Enemy units are both slowed and dealt fire damage per second for 4 seconds. Level 1 – 35 damage per breath, 5 fire damage per second. Level 2 – 70 damage per breath, 10 fire damage per second. Level 3 – 105 damage per breath, 15 fire damage per second. Level 4 – 140 damage per breath, 20 fire damage per second. Mana Cost: 135/140/155/170 Cooldown: 10 Explanation : A very very important skill to farm, harass, even killing. Taken : 1, 3, 5, 7 |

Ice Path (T) Creates a path of ice in front of Jakiro. After 0.5 second, the path explodes and freezes nearby enemy units. Level 1 – Freeze for 0.5 seconds. Level 2 – Freeze for 1 seconds. Level 3 – Freeze for 1.5 seconds. Level 4 – Freeze for 2 seconds. Mana Cost: 75 Cooldown: 16 Explanation : Like stuning skill but only in a path in front of jakiro. This skill helps you fro save your life and set combo for your teammate. Taken : 4, 8, 9, 10 |

Auto Fire () While one of Jakiro’s heads attacks enemies, his other head occasionally spits a fireball at a nearby enemy in front of him, causing fire damage per second in the target area. Can trigger a maximum of once every second. Lasts 8 seconds. Level 1 – 25% chance to spit a fireball that deals 10 damage per second. Level 2 – 30% chance to spit a fireball that deals 20 damage per second. Level 3 – 35% chance to spit a fireball that deals 30 damage per second. Level 4 – 40% chance to spit a fireball that deals 40 damage per second. Mana Cost: N/A Cooldown: N/A Explanation : Helps farming, but you can skip this and get stats. Taken : 12, 13, 14, 15 or 21, 22, 23, 24 |

Macropyre (R) Jakiro unleashes a line of pulsing flame strikes in front of him. Each flame strike deals damage per second for 5 seconds, and has a 200 AoE radius. Distance increased per level. Level 1 – 75 damage per second. Level 2 – 125 damage per second. Level 3 – 175 damage per second. Mana Cost: 220 / 330 / 440 Cooldown: 60 Explanation : DoT ultimate. Devastating if you can set yup combo that can stun enemy in area for such 2 – 3 seconds. Taken : 6, 11, 16. |
III. Strategy
Important notes for THD user in 3 stages. Jakiro Dual Breath’s can be used for farming in early game since you can get all creep in just a matter of second with this skill. But remember, THD is a supporting hero, don’t waste his money for buying items such Bloostone or Linken Sphere. Go with active item like guinsoo, mekansm, Shiva’s guard etc.
Early Game
Starts with Bottle if no -np. Otherwise go for clarity and tango and some branch to add some stats. Branch can be used to build mekansm later. Spam dual breath once every one or two wave and make sure you get at least 2 – 3 creep so you don’t waste your mana. If you can last hit and harass, do so. Jakiro is a strong carry hero, no matter solo or with a pair in a lane. In level 7, dual breath can breaks most low health hero like luna, Troll, and other agi hero. Use this advantage to own them in early game.
There should be 2 item you can rush later.
1. Shiva’s Guard
2. Mekansm and then Guinsoo.
Shiva’s guard for help your low armor and combo for Ice Path, Macropyre and Frost Shiva for high DoT macro. Mekansm helps your teammate ince your job is a carry hero. Usually, i get Void Stone first and buy Mystic Staff if game runs good. Otherwise, get mekansm and rush guinsoo ASAP.

Middle Game
Keep farming with dual breath and rush your guinsoo or Shiva’s. Ganking is your main purpose at this stage if your mate ned you to do so. There’s no special things about THD otherwise FARM, GANK, and SUPPORT. Guinsoo should be ready to use now if there is nothing bad happen. You can upgrade your Boots to Travel. Helps for farming and save your life since jakiro is a carry hero and not to mention his ms i an average, so travel is a good things to have. (Don’t buy PT, THD don’t attack!)

End Game
the most fun part in THD combo is in here. I forgot to tell how to use macropyre specifically.
There are two way to do Macropyre combo.
1. Ice Path, After that macropyre and Dual Breath + Shiva.
2. If there is teammate that can do AoE stun, go for Macro, then ice path and dual breath + shiva.
Standing in a macro path will burn at least 175 dps, or for average about 130 damage per second after magic resist.
Use your guinsoo if you expect to kill your enemy in your macro. Hexed enemy will not have magic resist and armor down to 0.
IV. Friend and Worst Enemy
WORST : SILENCE and ANY OTHER SILENCE SKILL.
BEST : AoE Stuner
V. Conclusion
-THD is a pure supporting and can gain many gold since his crazy farming skill.
- Remember, THD Dual Breath Fire Breath has more range than cold breath. Still don’t understand why it act like this. I want to provide Screenshot but it’s hard to show it that it has a little farther than cold.
-Macropyre based on DoT damage. So, predict carefully your combo.
