Krobelus The Death Prophet

From this time, i will synchronize all hero guide. This krobelus guide will be the pattern that i will use in the future.

Krobelus is rarely seen in metagame now, Even in pub game she always repicked because no one knows the power of pusher. I’m sure you’ll like this guide, it focuses about power of farming and fast push. Hope you enjoy this.

II. Hero Stats & Skill Explanation

	Krobelus – The Death Prophet Range: 600 | | Move Speed: 280 | Primary: INT Str: 17 + 1.8 | Agi: 14 + 1.4 | Int: 20 + 3 Damage: 39 – 51 | HP: 473 | Mana: 260 HP Regen: 0.76 | Mana Regen: 0.81 Attack Speed: 1.46 (+ 14% IAS) | Armor: 1
	Silence (E) Stops all enemies in an area of around 275 AoE from casting skill spells. Doesn’t silence item spells. Level 1 – Lasts 3 seconds. Level 2 – Lasts 4 seconds. Level 3 – Lasts 5 seconds. Level 4 – Lasts 6 seconds. Mana Cost: 90 Cooldown: 15 Explanation : Silence, simple but Great skill, bigger AoE in larger level. Taken this skill in level : 10, 12, 13, 14
	Carrion Swarm (R) Sends a horde of bats to damage enemies. Level 1 – 100 damage per unit. Level 2 – 175 damage per unit. Level 3 – 250 damage per unit. Level 4 – 300 damage per unit. Mana Cost: 105/ 120/ 140/ 165 Cooldown: 8 Explanation : Farming, harass, and pusher skill. Use this skill to kill creep at least 2 and harass hero. Taken this skill in level : 1, 3, 5, 7
	Witchcraft (C) Increases the potency of each of Krobelus’s spells: Level 1 Carrion Swarm: Mana cost reduced by 5 and cooldown reduced by 1 second. Silence: Mana cost reduced to 80 Exorcism: +1 Spirit Movespeed: 3% bonus.Level2 Level 2 Carrion Swarm: Mana cost reduced by 10 and cooldown reduced by 2 seconds. Silence: Mana cost reduced to 70 Exorcism: +2 Spirit Movespeed: 6% bonus. Level 3 Carrion Swarm: Mana cost reduced by 15, cooldown reduced by 3 seconds Silence: Mana cost reduced to 60 Exorcism: +3 Spirit Movespeed: 8% bonus. 	Exorcism (X) Unleashes evil spirits to attack your enemies. Level 1 – Summons 5 evil spirits. Level 2 – Summons 10 evil spirits. Level 3 – Summons 16 evil spirits. Each spirit can deal 43 – 48 hero type damage. Death Prophet will absorb 25% of the damage dealt by all her spirits as HP. Mana Cost: 200/ 300/ 400 Cooldown: 100 Explanation : Damage ENEMY and BUILDING. One ghost take 67 – 74 damage. So multiply to 23 ghost at level 16, can you imagine how much damage will come out if you’re alone? Taken this skill in level : 6, 11, 16

III. Strategy

III.1 Early Game

Get 3 Ironwood Branch, 3x Tango, and 3x Clarity Potion. Don’t ever get Bottle for Krobelus, you won’t take serious damage in your lane in early game.

I know this would be funny, 3 different item that all of them bought three times. But for me, this is the best starting item, 3 set of tangoes will make you stay longer, some Ironwood Branch provide some boost to your Hp and Mp. Clarity potion will make you use your Carrion Swarm efficiently until you can get Void stone. At least, these package will last until level 7 or 8. Then you can get Void Stone. Remember, your job is just farm, farm , and harass sometimes. Don’t use carrion swarm to harass only, or to make enemy creep down to half, it will make your farming power down since your friend can last hit all of them easily.

This is the screenshot show you how far your pointer can click a ground without moving your position to release Carrion Swarm. This is useful because enemy can’t react while you release it. Different when you walk into the front of them and Carrion Swarm them, they have predict where you cast it. Always click ground to cast Carrion Swarm, this is useful because you can point out depends on your feeling to reach the maximum area and the farthest range of your Carrion Swarm.

Your target item :

Guinsoo is your main item. Provide survivability, support skill, and Disable. Combine with Exorcism then your enemy will get full damage because he can’t run.

III.2 Middle Game

Use exorcism to destroy tower ONLY. Use that also when you run away from enemy. While you run, ghost will fly around and damage your enemy. Cast carrion swarm to last hit them. At least you don’t die so easy.

Get 1 or 2 Bracer and Boots Of Speed to provide survivability. If you have money to get Ultimate orb, skip bracer, you can boost your Hp with Heart Of Tarasque. Silence is a great skill at this stage when enemy like Blinker should be silenced to prevent them run away or AoE caster like rooftrellen and Nevermore will get their mouth shut.

III.3 Late Game
There is nothing you can fear about enemy except one, BKB. Most enemy will get BKB in level 16 above to prevent being hexed and Silenced. If this happen, your only choice is going to DPS mode or Tanker mode. Buy Manta Style to prevent being ganked and add survivability in battle clash. Feedback also a plus since your enemy can’t be hurt by magic while BKB.

AND ====>

Heart of Tarasque provide big huge boost to your health which helps you tank some damage while Exorcism ghost fly around. Sometimes i buy 2 Heart Of Tarasque, it’s possible but i think it’s not good since you can’t do anything while your enemy BKB.

IV. Worst Enemy And Favorite Friend

Friend : ANY OTHER AoE Disable

Hold enemy in long time will make full damage due to Exorcism.

Enemy : Silencer

The bad times come when Silencer come.

V. Conclusion

- Exorcism, use it wisely.

- Farm Farm Farm at early and dominate mid game.

- Always use hex when exorcism to release full power of ghost.
