If you play in the public game (usually don’t but this time i want to play alone), make sure that you’re friend is conversational. So they’ll tell whether one of the hero missing, or tell who is the target to be killed/stunned.
The worst is when your mate isn’t a conversationalist, then you’re game isn’t too good, you’re friend also get pressed in every lane, well it’s shocking you know?what the hell are they thinking?did they just playing with their own monitor like play with bot maybe?lol This is different when you play with your friend where everything is just like a storytelling, with just one single move, they react so quick or just by pinging once, they know what you mean (I’m the one who pinging thousand times if i got stres:D)
Item for pugna, i don’t know if this is only my opinion, but pugna isn’t too good in a clash especially where everything move really fast. He lacks of hp, one thing i like about him is only nether ward (just laugh when i killed enigma with ward when he cast black hole near me 
). Get dagon fast, and rush guinsoo, maybe you want to get phase boots to decre+blast combo + dagon.
Obsidian destroyer has no other items except intelligence. I get bloodstone and rush guinsoo, if situation isn’t going too well, get vanguard to boost some HP, you know you’re the one that enemy must kill before the battle begin.
Lucifer, even though he plays bad, but if he can manage his gold very well, one single item can turn him into a tanker/support/killer. Asking about kill a razor, don’t even think twice to kill him if i was a hard nuker, usually razor has no play time in my lane. One thing i must say, don’t take him 1v1 in any condition except you stun him (mirana vengeful spirit etc) since sometimes i underestimate his ring
